Dada Bhagwan Vignan Foundation is a company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. This company is also registered under section 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1961, so donations made to this Foundation qualify for deduction under section 80G(5) of Income Tax Act, 1961. The Board of the Foundation works to fulfill the following objectives:
  • Promote and carry out religious activities through spreading moral values, right understanding and value education.
  • Arrange, facilitate, promote, record, broadcast, televise and show live and recorded lectures, religious and spiritual discourses on the internet. Arrange open forums, discussions, shibirs, seminars, workshops, symposiums, group meetings, street plays, tours, camps and print and publish books, magazines, templates, brochures, calendars or any other relevant material.
  • Promote and carry out social welfare activities for the advancement of health, including promoting and supporting alternative therapies, yoga, medicines, exercise and fitness camps.
  • Promote, prepare and distribute healthy, hygienic and clean food and provide food, clothes, shelter, education, medicine, finance, employment, vocational training and coaching, including to the needy and poor.
  • Create, provide, explore employment opportunities for women, jobless people and for those disadvantaged.

Dada Bhagwan Pariwar

Dada Bhagwan Pariwar is a trust registered under Bombay Public Trust, 1950(India). This trust is also registered under section12AB of Income Tax Act, 1961. The Trustee of the Foundation works to fulfil the following objectives:
  • To Plan & arrange for the Tours & Travels to the places of Spirituality & Archeologically important places for Spiritually advanced people & public having interest in spiritual activity.
  • To Provide Food, Shelter & Other necessities of life either free of cost or at concessional rates to the needy people without consideration as to cast, religion or sex.
  • To provide medical aid either free of cost or at concessional rate to the public at large.

Amba Enterprise

Amba Enterprise is a registered partnership firm under the Registrar of Firms. The Partner of the firm works to fulfil the following objectives:
  • As manufacturers and producers, buyers, seller, resellers, traders, storage providers, distributors, marketers, suppliers, packers, re-packers of all types of vegetarian foods, drinks and other consumables, fresh foods, cooked foods, ready to serve foods, processed foods, semi-processed foods, dairy products, packaged foods and drinks, organic foods and drinks, nutritional foods.
  • Of operating retail outlets, restaurants, food courts, catering services, canteens, eateries and refreshment houses and catering services for weddings, parties, and other events.
  • Of providing tour agency, broking, operating and management services for domestic and international travel, tours, jatras, religious or spiritual pilgrimage, including in partnership or as a joint venture with others.
